FBTC

Supported accounting providers

Connect TotalDrive to FBTC to keep your driving instructor records organised and ready for your accounting workflow.

With FBTC for driving instructors, you can keep your setup clear: connect securely, map your income and expense categories once, and then sync transactions when your reporting date is approaching.

Because the sync is manual, you control timing. That means you can sync monthly or quarterly, check the results, and then share the updated figures with your accountant or partner workflow.

If you prefer a file-based workflow instead, you can export a CSV of income and expenses from TotalDrive at any time.

Prefer a file export instead? You can also export a CSV of income and expenses.

FBTC for driving instructors: how the connection works (connect, map, sync)

  1. Connect: In TotalDrive web admin, choose FBTC and click Connect. You’ll be redirected to FBTC to authorise access.
  2. Map categories (one-time setup): Match your TotalDrive income/expense categories to FBTC reporting categories.
  3. Sync transactions (manual): Transactions are not automatically synchronised. You manually sync whenever you want (for example monthly, or before quarterly submissions).

Transaction compliance & audit integrity: Once a transaction has been synchronised to FBTC, it becomes locked in TotalDrive and can no longer be edited.
