Pupils love the convenience of being able to pay through their app and it saves considerable admin time. When a payment is made, the transaction is automatically logged in the Total Drive platform and the money sent to you the next day. No need to spend time matching payments to pupils, handling cash or having to manually log payments.
Accept payments from only active students or everyone.
Each instructor can set-up their own payment processing account and manage their own income and finances. Each instructor is able to use their own unique code for web payments specifically for them.
Payments can go into one account or individual accounts.
Payments are automatically allocated to the pupil.
Both the card holder and driving instructor will receive a confirmation SMS text message after each transaction.
