Adding a Lesson

You can add a lesson either by tapping on the Diary View on a free space or from the “+” Icon in the Blue Circle or from tapping on a pupil and selecting the “Add” button at the top.

From this screen, you can:

• Select the Pupil you wish to create the lesson for.
• The time you would like to create the lesson.
• Set the duration of the lesson
• Set the lesson repeat

Tap on the “Advanced Options” to add more information:

• Gearbox – Manual or Automatic
• Type – Lesson type
• Pick-up Location
• Drop-off Location
• Private Notes (Optional)
• Shared Pupil Summary (Optional)

Save the lesson, this will now appear in your Diary.
